By registering for and using RynoWallet, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users: merchants (website owners), customers, and agency partners.
RynoWallet is a coalition loyalty platform that enables merchants to issue loyalty coins (RynoCoins) to customers after purchases. Customers can earn and redeem coins at participating merchants. In the Network mode, 1 RynoCoin equals 1 INR in discount value when redeemed. In Closed Loop mode, merchants define their own coin value and branding.
Merchants agree to honour coin redemptions at the stated rate (1 RynoCoin = 1 INR for Network mode). Network merchants must maintain the Minimum Issuance Ratio (MIR) and respect monthly redemption caps based on their subscription tier. Merchants must not issue coins for fraudulent, fabricated, or non-genuine transactions. Violation of MIR rules may result in account suspension.
Customers must provide accurate registration information including name, email, and phone number. Coins are non-transferable between customer accounts (peer-to-peer transfer is not available). Customers must not attempt to manipulate coin balances, create multiple accounts, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
RynoCoins expire 90 days after issuance. Expired coins are automatically removed from customer balances and cannot be recovered. RynoCoins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They can only be redeemed as discounts at participating merchants. Closed-loop coins follow the expiry rules set by the issuing merchant.
Network mode requires a monthly subscription. Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing period. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Network merchants receive settlement for redeemed coins according to the monthly settlement schedule. Settlement details are available in the merchant dashboard. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the MIR system, or create risk to the network. We will attempt to notify the account holder before suspension except in cases of clear fraud or abuse.
RynoWallet provides the platform infrastructure. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products or services purchased at participating merchants. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the merchant in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice by emailing info.rynowallet@gmail.com. Upon termination, outstanding coin balances will be handled according to the settlement terms. Customer coins earned at the terminating merchant remain valid for redemption at other network merchants until their 90-day expiry.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
