Common questions
On the total RynoCoins you issue to customers in that calendar month. 1 RC = 1 unit of your local currency, so 1,000 RC issued × 5% = 50 units billed in your currency (e.g. $50, £50, ₹50).
Usage charge = $0. You only pay the base fee (if one is set for your account — default is $0). If both are $0, your bill is $0.
Yes. The platform sets a default rate (currently 5%), but when approving your account the platform admin can set a custom rate for your merchant — higher or lower. Your confirmed rate is shown in your merchant dashboard.
New coin issuance is blocked with an upgrade prompt. Existing customer balances are fully redeemable — nobody loses their coins. You can upgrade to Network at any time to remove the limits.
New Network merchants get a 5:1 MIR ratio for their first 30 days — meaning more redemption capacity relative to issuance. This gives you room to build up your customer base before the standard 3:1 ratio applies.
Your local currency is set when your account is approved (based on your country). Bills are issued in that currency. 1 RC always equals 1 unit of that currency — so a US merchant's RC is in USD, a UK merchant's in GBP, and so on.
