When you register for RynoWallet, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business information (for merchants). When you use the platform, we collect transaction data including coin issuance, redemption, and balance information. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.
We use your information to provide and improve the RynoWallet service, process coin transactions, send transaction notifications via email, verify merchant accounts, generate analytics and reports for merchants, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share limited data only in the following situations: with participating merchants when you earn or redeem coins at their shop (they see your name and wallet ID), with payment processors for subscription billing, and with law enforcement when required by legal process. We never share your transaction history, coin balance, or personal details with advertisers or data brokers.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords and PINs (bcrypt), role-based access controls, and full audit trails for all transactions. Our infrastructure is designed with security as a priority.
RynoWallet uses session cookies for authentication and security. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not participate in any ad network or tracking ecosystem.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for compliance and audit purposes. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, but anonymised transaction records may be retained for analytics.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile information from your dashboard at any time. For data export or deletion requests, contact us at info.rynowallet@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
RynoWallet is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
